Sorry, there are NO Returns on ALL custom made items, this includes: Feeders, Beds, Clothing, Hairbows, and Birthday Cakes or Ice Cream.
On other items not made by Diamond in the RUFF, we are glad to exchange, with receipt, and in NEW condition, with ALL tags attached. Please email or call us if you need any additional information to what items this includes.
